Top employer recognition

Every year, the independent Corporate Research Foundation, or CRF, identifies the top employers in 13 countries on four different continents. It picks the best employers by region as well as sector based on employee benefits, working conditions, professional development opportunities and corporate culture. And it’s no surprise that Telekom Group companies are routinely selected – so far this year, five Telekom companies have been singled out in the regional rankings.

Great employer, great employees, The Great Experience

In Germany, Vivento Services GmbH was selected as a Top Arbeitgeber Deutschland 2012 for the exceptional careers of its employees. The change management services provider won accolades for employee advancement opportunities as well as its superior corporate climate.

Telekom’s Everything Everywhere U.K. cellular joint venture won Britain’s Top Employers 2012 certification for its employee-oriented climate. The company was singled out for emphasizing the welfare and opinions of its employees and for offering them plenty of opportunity to move ahead in their careers.

The Telekom Group thinks diversity is important – both in its workforce and in its employees’ responsibilities. And this emphasis caught the eye of the CRF, which granted T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. Top Employers Nederland 2012 certification. The foundation especially liked the flexible hours and opportunities for part-time work that T-Mobile Netherlands offers, ensuring a healthy balance of work and life.

Employees at T-Mobile network operator in Poland, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa S.A. (PTC), enjoy access to modern technology, thrive in a climate that supports innovation and are rewarded with a rich benefit package, making PTC Top Employers Polska 2012 certified. And in Switzerland, Detecon Schweiz AG received a Top Employers Schweiz/Suisse 2012 certificate. The consultancy scored the highest possible rating for career opportunities and benefits.
