Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia will officially become one company, as of July 1st.
This resolution was adopted on the Shareholders’ Assembly held on June 17th, which approved the Accession Agreement of T-Mobile Macedonia to Makedonski Telekom.

The company will be led by Andreas Maierhofer, the current Chief Executive Officer of Makedonski Telekom. Zarko Lukovski, currently Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile Macedonia, will take over the position of Chief Operating Officer.
This accession is expected to strengthen the leading position of Makedonski Telekom in the local telecommunications market.
