Under the unified commercial brand COSMOTE TELEKOM, OTE Group offers a wide range of services: fixed-line and mobile telephony, broadband services, pay-TV and integrated ICT solutions. In addition, the Group is active in real estate, as well as in e-payments, online food delivery and the digital insurance market.

Telecommunications Infrastructure

The OTE Group invests heavily in new generation networks, creating an infrastructure that boosts the Greek economy and creates growth potential. Its annual investment plan exceeds 600 million euros, mostly for the development of FTTH and 5G networks. OTE’s FTTH footprint has already reached over 2.1 million homes passed. OTE plans to continue speeding up FTTH deployment to reach 2.4 million homes by the end of 2026 and nearly 3.5 million households and businesses by 2030, thus covering over 70 percent of the lines in Greece.

Moreover, in the fixed broadband market — particularly in areas where fiber-optic infrastructure is not yet available — COSMOTE TELEKOM became the first operator, in early 2025, to launch Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) services (COSMOTE 5G WiFi) utilizing the advanced technological capabilities of Network Slicing, enabled by its 5G Stand-Alone (SA) network.

COSMOTE TELEKOM continues to invest in the expansion of its mobile network. The rollout of COSMOTE 5G — the largest fifth-generation network in Greece — is progressing rapidly, with population coverage now exceeding 99 percent, while its5G Stand-Alone network currently covers approximately 78 percent of the population.

OTE Group is also a key system integrator for businesses and the public sector in Greece and the EU, providing state-of-the-art technology solutions in the areas of digital and cloud transformation, cyber security, Internet of Things, health, tourism and energy.

Sustainable growth
