T-Spirit: Deutsche Telekom's corporate values

In recent years, new technologies - such as broadband Internet access and mobile communications - have revolutionized communications worldwide. Deutsche Telekom has also undergone a transformation as part of this move towards a globally networked communications society. "T-Spirit," the new corporate vision and values, is a response to these changes, combining Deutsche Telekom's shared vision with six central values which apply throughout the Group.

However, T-Spirit is not just made for internal use - it is also meant for the outside world. The vision and values emphasize the responsible role Deutsche Telekom is playing in the economy and in society.

The six values make it clear that T-Spirit is more than just a philosophical superstructure. T-Spirit is a guide which should form the basis for all the actions of every employee in the Group.
