- REX
-
Bond market counterpart to the DAX index calculated daily by Deutsche Bürse AG. The REX is based on all bonds, obligations and Treasury notes of the Federal Republic of Germany, of the German Unity Fund, and of the Treuhandanstalt (trust agency) with fixed interest and a remaining life of between 0.5 and 10.5 years. The prices of the 30 ideal-typical bonds are weighted with their market share and give rise to the REX All Bond index. Both a price and an earnings sub-index are calculated for each of the ten maturity categories.
