Stock-exchange glossary
- Stochastics
-
The ¿high low closing stochastics indicator¿ measures the relation of closing market prices to the highest and lowest prices. Observations have shown that prices rise when closing prices tend more to the day¿s highest values. The sharper the upward or downward trend is, the greater the likelihood that the prediction is correct.
