Historic pro-forma numbers

If you want to compare the results of the first quarter 2012 with the results of the past, you should keep in mind, that the composition of some numbers has changed: From the first quarter onwards the non-access-related businesses (i.e. Scout24, Strato, DeTeMedien and others) will form the "Digital Business Unit" within the Segment GHS (Group Headquarters and Shared Services). Previously those businesses have included in the numbers of the German segment. In all documents of the first quarter historic numbers will be shown on a comparable basis.

Moreover the transparency will be improved in the revenue split of the Segment Germany. The transparency of the European subsidiaries improves in terms on revenues, while the EBITDA split between fixed and mobile disappears at the same time.
