  • New mobile communications rates can be ordered with Business Bundle Advance
  • Minute-based packages for the new rates can also be used abroad
  • New: save big on data roaming with DayPass Europe S and L

On the occasion of CeBIT, Telekom is intensifying its marketing efforts for its new business mobile communications rates, expanding its rate offer in a targeted manner. Those who sign up for a Business Complete Mobil M, L or XL rate in March 2011 will not have to pay the basic fee for up to three months, thereby enjoying net savings of up to EUR 250. All rates for the new Business Call, Business Call & Surf Mobil and Business Complete Mobil rate groups can also be ordered with the Business Bundle Advance comprehensive package. The advantage: national internal corporate communication between fixed-line and mobile communications connections is included without any additional costs. Users can even save big on international phone calls. You get up to 180 free minutes which can be used for calls from EU countries and Switzerland, for example. Two Smart Traveller options have been launched recently for mobile surfing with mobile phones and smartphones throughout Europe.

Select your rate and save: If you order in March 2011, Telekom will not charge you the basic fee for one month for Business Complete Mobil M, two months for Business Complete Mobil L and three months for Business Mobile Complete XL. Savings will amount to at least EUR 39.95 net - the monthly fee for Business Complete Mobil M without a subsidised smartphone. Customers who opt for the Business Complete Mobil XL rate at a monthly price of EUR 83.35 net including a new, discounted smartphone will save exactly EUR 250.05 net. The Business Complete rates entail comprehensive service packages in mobile voice and Internet communications.

The new mobile communications rate portfolio for business customers includes four rates (S, M, L and XL) in three groups: Business Complete Mobil, Business Call & Surf Mobil and Business Call. All new mobile communications rates can be ordered with Business Bundle Advance. This new, modular comprehensive package allows business customers to combine various connections and rates for fixed-line and mobile communications - flexibly and tailored to their specific requirements. And here’s a particularly attractive feature: National internal corporate communication between fixed-line and mobile communications connections is included without any additional costs. More savings can be realised by customers who sign up for one of the Business Complete Mobil L or XL rates with Business Bundle Advance by 31 March 2011: they will not have to pay the basic fee of EUR 49.95 and EUR 74.95 net respectively for three months for orders without a subsidised end device, or EUR 58.35 and EUR 83.35 net respectively with end device.

30 to 180 free minutes for calls within all German networks are included in the 12 new business mobile communications rates. Customers can also use their free minutes abroad, for calls in countries belonging to country group 1 of the Smart Traveller roaming option as well as for calls from these countries to Germany. The only applicable cost item is the one-time connection charge of EUR 0.63 net per call. Country group 1 includes all EU countries, Switzerland and other European countries; Smart Traveller can be optionally added free of charge.

Telekom is also expanding its portfolio for international mobile surfing and emailing. With the DayPass Europe S and L Smart Traveller day options customers in country group 1 can access the Internet on favourable, clear terms using their smartphone, tablet PC or laptop. The DayPass Europe S option includes a data volume of 10 MB at a price of EUR 1.64 net per day and is therefore particularly recommended for data roaming beginners. The flat-rate DayPass Europe L with price cap offers full cost control. The price includes a data volume of 50 MB for a daily fee of EUR 4.16 net. EUR 0.041 is charged for every additional 100 KB - up to the limit of EUR 12.56 net per day. In other words: no matter how much users surf on a given day, they will never pay more than EUR 12.56 net. Both options are available for data transmission via HSDPA/UMTS and EDGE/GPRS and are valid around the clock on the booked day (CET). For customers using solutions such as Mobile IP VPN or BlackBerry, attractive rates with classic billing will continue to be offered until new rates with bandwidth reduction will be available.
