T-Systems takes Gold, Silver and Bronze

T-Systems won Gold at the 2011 SAP Quality Awards. The Germany-wide award, which recognizes successful SAP projects, was won in the New Business Application category. The jury was particularly impressed by the clear focus and unequivocal quality standards of the new T-Systems SAP-based customer service platform. At SAPPHIRE in Madrid, T-Systems took second place with its non-industry-specific CRM solution and received the silver 2011 EMEA Quality Award for fast, cost-effective project integration based on SAP standards. At the CRM Expo trade fair in Nuremberg, T-Systems won Bronze in the CRM Best Practice Award in the "Launch" category with its system platform for all customer service processes. The Deutsche Telekom corporate customer arm also helped to implement the overall project at Autohaus Kunzmann from Aschaffenburg, which won second place. The Mercedes-Benz, Smart and VW dealership was awarded the prize for its pioneering example of launching an integrated CRM industry solution in the areas of sales, service and administration.
