Aufgabe

Purpose
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards. 

Key accountabilities
• Planning, design, commissioning and operation of complex middleware systems
• Setup and administration of web servers such as Apache or NginX and Java application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss or WebSphere Application Server
• Experience in using container solutions such as VMware Tanzu or K8s
• Design, structure and connection of queue interfaces, e.g. via IBM MQ
• Processing/execution of complex orders
• Creation of decision templates and concepts
• Installing and maintaining tools
• Design and implementation of supporting tools
• Development and planning of service concepts
• Control of order processing
• Ensuring the agreed service level
• Creation of documentation

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 500€ - 2 300€/brutto.

Profil

Skills
• Master's or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
• At least five years of professional experience, of which at least three years in IT administration
• Experience in supporting middleware enterprise solutions
• Sound basic knowledge in the field of operating systems for Unix-AIX, Linux, Windows
• Experience in shell scripting and basic knowledge of programming with Python
• Method certification (ITIL Foundation)
• Good customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Professional, trustworthy and empathetic demeanor
• Analytical, systematic and structured way of working
• High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• High flexibility, resilience and willingness to perform
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Good and broad technical understanding
• Very good technical expertise in the desired area of responsibility and good knowledge of related technologies
• Confident handling of the entire MS Office product range
• High ability to cooperate, work in a team and deal with conflict
• Very good knowledge of English

• Degree in Information technologies
