General description

Agile coach is a change agent who combine technical knowledge with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes on the enterprise level. They play a critical role in successfully implementing any agile transformation and execution. The agile coach’s ultimate goal is to provide agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential.

Accountabilities

  • Coach agile teams in the methodology to integrate related methodologies within the company
  • Develop standards and requirements for the agile process to improve the company software and services delivery processes
  • Provide training to employees on the agile process and help teams navigate agile tools and software to support the transformation of the company towards lean and agile
  • Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to an agile transformation.

Requirements

Education

  • Master´s degree in Information technologies

Experience

  • Project Management- 5 yrs minimum

Certification

  • SAFe SPC

IT Technical skills

  • General IT Overview- Intermediate

Soft skills

  • Communication- Expert
  • Interpersonal skills- Advanced
  • Stakeholder management - Advanced
  • Problem-solving - Advanced
  • Managing occurring change - Advanced
  • Team collaboration- Advanced
  • Negotiation skills- Advanced

Other skills

  • Scrum and Kanban- Expert

Salary

Final salary is negotiable. 

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300€ /brutto.
