Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net is a multi-national company established within Deutsche Telekom Group in Europe, to change the production logic from legacy hardware platforms to cloud-native platforms based on IP, Software-Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization.
About the Team
You will be part of the project management chapter of the Innovation Hub, the place for agile project managers in the IHUB. We strive to develop our expertise and agile capabilities. With our skills and experience we complement the IHUB story, support agile teams and are focused to deliver projects, that are customer centric, best in class and deliver to the expectations.
What will you do?
- As Agile Expert you are advising and coaching agile teams and managers in the complex service area (challenging team constellations and environments) on the introduction and application of agile methodologies
- You communicate and live agile values, principles, and practices in the team and enable continuous agile skills development
- You are enabling the team to work in a self-organized and independent manner
- As part of the team, you are participating in problem handling (in a complex environment) and where issues of methodology are concerned
- You are assisting in joint decision making, facilitating workshops, including overcoming obstacles and managing conflicts
- You are adapting agile methods in relation to specific use cases and requirements
- You are applying creative techniques being involved in the continuous optimization of processes and associated methods in an agile context
- You are acting as a specialist contact for other agile experts
