Aufgabe
We are seeking a results-driven candidate, who will provide ongoing support to managers, and collaborates on resource management with multiple teams and locations within our organization.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with deadlines set by the manager.
- Coordinates resources, project deliverables with the other departments.
- Handles confidential issues and documents.
- Prepares documents for decision-making under professional guidance of the manager.
- Implements ad hoc tasks that have an impact on the whole organization, e.g. introduction of new systems or company guidelines/KPIs.
- Participates in the preparation of the operational budget of the given business unit based on earlier budget figures, income estimations and expense reports.
- Represents the manager during internal reconciliations with other organizational units.
- Ensures compliance of resource management with the signed contracts.
- Prepares management reports, calculations. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Profil
- Fluent English knowledge, German is an advantage
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of project management software / techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
