Aufgabe
Tasks and responsibilities (the main tasks and processes)
- Defines and executes communications strategy in line with Group guidance
- Responsible for internal corporate communication and content delivery (e-mails, articles, blogs, posts)
- Possesses a solid understanding of storytelling and content creation techniques, and demonstrates a good level of proficiency in data visualization and graphic design
- Manages internal communication channels, applying multichannel approach (E-mail, Communication Slack channels, YAMU page, SharePoint Home Page)
- Responsible for external communication (incl. the role of spokesperson towards media and analysts) and preparation of content to be used externally e.g., LinkedIn, Telekom Blog etc.
- Lead selected work packages in the Group Communications Network alongside colleagues in other Technology & Innovation, Technology Delivery International Units
- Support change management and manages change communication
- Responsible for crises communication
- Provides overall guidance on Communication including LT communications support, facilitation of discussions and exchange between target groups etc.
- Establishment of corporate identity and brand management in close relation to HQs guidance
- Support of staffing process and integration of new employees (e.g. onboarding measures)
- Facilitate designing, ordering and distribution of promotional materials between target groups
- Event management of internal events such as town hall meetings, kick-offs, employee engagement events etc. including strategies for implementation and follow-through for further improvement; ensure successful communication of events
- Drives new projects and concepts related to communication in general alignment with DT CS Management, Leadership Team of TDI and other relevant functions / units of Deutsche Telekom
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions and departments towards development of communication campaigns for cross-units and cross-countries initiatives and programs
- Contribute to creating working environment embracing agile methods and tools and employee centricity
Profil
Required technical and professional experience: (education, hard skills)
- University/Master degree in organizational psychology, intercultural communica-tion, economics,or similar fields
- Experience in field of activity : 7 - 9 years of experience in Communication area
- Experience and knowledge of communication management principles, methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of large transformation projects (preffered)
- Multinational experience: preferred
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, MS Flow) and related technologies
- Fluent English
