General description
- Preparation/collection of service deliverables (acc. to service description) in timely manner and analysis of results and delivery to internal customer.
- Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems.
- Suggestions for process improvements.
- Communicate with internal customers (e.g. countries and various business units).
- Maintain relationships with internal customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
- Support team leader with processes and products and act as single of contact for dedicated area.
Accountabilities
- Month End Closing activities - generates and comments the month end closing results.
- Evaluation of monthly figures with deviation analysis and explanation.
- Closing preparation & quality assurance.
- Consolidation, data collection, preparation, realization and support in terms of forecasting, financial reporting and yearly planning activities of the figures and deviation analysis.
- Validation and initiation of primary and secondary costs.
- Project Controlling and Portfolio Controlling.
- Price deviations in invoicing analyses.
- Creation of controlling object, cost distribution (Umlage/Verteilung).
- Report results to Senior Controller.
Requirements
Education
- University education preferably in Business administration or Economics or Secondary education in Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter).
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit.
Languages
- German - Upper Intermediate (B2)
- English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
Others
- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit.
- SAP or comparable ERP system knowledge is advantage.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) - advanced.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.

Salary
Minimum base salary 880 € + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
