Job Description
VDV-ETS provides an eTicket system for German public transport.
The German public transport is organized in the VDV (Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen). VDV is introducing a new eTicket infrastructure. Passengers shall be able to buy City to City tickets online. Often this includes services of different transport compannies. Sample: You buy a ticket Aachen to Berlin. Then you might use AVV (Aachen), DB (German Rail) and VBB (Berlin) services. If you buy your ticket at AVV, the revenue share with DB and VBB needs to be calculated. As it might also work the other way around the challenging requirement is a finaincial clearing between all involved transport companies.
The roject consists of mainly 3 parts:
1. Claims clearing (FCL = Forderungsclearing) application based on Cloud Billing.
2. Product clearing (PCL) adapter components.
3. Clooud operations over 5 years for both, PCL and FCL application.
The implementation is performed in 2018 and the product went life beginning of 2019.
Will work on:

- customer communication.
