Junior Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) in Center Strategic Projects

As a Consultant, you will be assigned to strategic projects from the start. You will support your team through analytical, operational and project management tasks. You will contribute your professional expertise from your studies and initial practical experience. Besides you will gain a high level of top management visibility. In your role as a Consultant you will:

• Contribute to projects from conception phase to roll-out and develop your consulting methods and tools
• Conduct analyses, also beyond your area of expertise
• Develop solutions and preparing them for management meetings
• Support your project team based on your expertise as well as your skill and competence profile
• Collaborate in (agile) program and project management

You are enthusiastic about telecommunications and the opportunity to help shaping the development of the Deutsche Telekom Group. In addition to a recently successfully completed bachelor's, master's or diploma program with honors, you have:

• Initial experience in project work - ideally in an international environment
• Preferably first practical experience in consulting or similar fields of activity
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking
• Ability to work in teams, organizational talent and strong customer orientation
• First experience in agile working methods
• Excellent language skills in English and basic German skills (min. B2)
