Aufgabe
- Hálózati támogatás nyújtása: 2nd level incident management, hibakeresés, problémamegoldás
- Konfigurációs változtatások (logikai és fizikai change-ek) végrehajtása Cisco és Juniper eszközökön, nemzetközi lokációkon
- Szoros együttműködés a társcsapatokkal (Last level, Service Activation és COE & Dispo Squadok)
Profil
- CCNA certificate or equivalent active knowledge
- Intermediate English (B2) and basic German (A2) language skills
- At least 1 year of work experience in network operation
- High school diploma (university IT degree is an advantage)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, team-work oriented personality
Advantages:
- Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA / JNCIP certificate or knowledge
