  • Prepare service review and Service Improvement plan
  • Define quick wins
  • Define long term actions
  • Execute and monitor SIP
  • If necessary start Safeguarding calls with all Steakholders
  • Monitoring agreed KPIs based on OM SSC standard
  • Following the defined processes and accountable for their execution
  • Operate and control the created framework for reporting
  • Reporting on account performance to SDM
