Purpose 
People Lead is responsible for disciplinary leadership of a People Unit. Holder of position participates in shaping and implementing the strategic personnel planning / competence planning of people unit. People Lead participates in strategic development of the chapter: professional / content-wise (e.g. Architecture, SW development) and in terms of change (structure, processes). Holder of position is responsible for organization within people unit and supporting the collaboration of people units of chapters.    


Key accountabilities
•    You are passionate about software engineering topics and - together with the Chapter Lead and your team - you advance the topics and position them for the future.
•    You yourself have experience as a software engineer and/or data scientist, knowledge of development tools and SWE technologies.  
•    You are a pioneer for SW-Engineering topics at conferences.
•    You recognize trends in software engineering vendors. You can assess them and incorporate them into the strategic orientation of the chapter.  

•    Disciplinary leadership of people in the People Unit
•    Responsibility for the individual development of people, such as the promotion of talents as well as people's motivation and enthusiasm through feedback or supporting of people's strengths
•    Active cooperation at eye level with other people units and with the process organization

Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary, we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200€/brutto.
