General description

TWM Controlling analyst is responsible for the strategic consultation specially focusing in the financial aspects (HR KPIs) of business.                                

Accountabilities

"Total Workforce Management (TWM)"

  • steering, analyzing and monitoring the numerical HR KPIs in HR International
  • support in Month-end closing activities related to HR KPIs, especially on IWC, EWC and FTE actuals
  • analyze the deviation between actuals/forecast/target and proactively track the Revenue, TWQ, TWC and FTE status between actuals vs Target
  • work together with local VPHRs and HR BPs FTE and IWC forecast simulation based on latest business development status
  • monitor the EWC consolidated booking during month end closing as well as realistic forecast till YE
  • align with and support local HR BPs on MKPI / Power BI tool forecast update
  • provide support related to BI4TSI reporting
  • analyze the personal Special Effects request from the countries and consult the countries in personal Special Effects Business Case preparation
  • assist TWM team in International Business Review
  • data extraction / analysis from CDM, HR Spot, TWM Cockpit, BI4TSI, and other different data sources
  • derivation of personnel planning, including budget planning for qualification measures based on business planning and business strategy
  • steering of HR share in business, financial planning and forecast process (within the dimension of TWM)
  • integration of business plan and business and finance planning
  • preparation of qualitative and quantitative Internal Workforce/ External Workforce planning (costs and stock), skill planning (skill development), planning of sourcing/purchasing concept – all taking into consideration of company / management demands (e.g. fair share, prevention of false self-employment)
  • steering of personnel restructuring measures in supervised business divisions including the respective qualitative and quantitative deallocation of personnel restructuring operations
  • derivation of requirements for action from forecast planning and introduction of target achievement measures
  • consulting services and sparring partner for business regarding sourcing instruments

Requirements

  • broad business understanding
  • strong affinity for numbers:
    • Able to consolidate figures from different data sources such as SAP Business Warehouse, CDM (Core Date model), etc. with full accuracy.
    • Analysis skills based on the available data – able to spot deviations and fluctuations as well as their interpretation
  • advanced Excel skills
  • building up financial scorecard for Business Review.
  • knowledge of recruiting measures/instruments (IWF/EWF)
  • knowledge of personnel development tools
  • Knowledge on T-Systems KPIs and Portfolio Units structure is a plus.
  • excellent knowledge of structured and agile working methods in projects
  • excellent ability in understanding complex organizations and topics so as to implement projects independently and according to the situation, with a focus on HR

Salary

Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000€ /brutto.
