My name is Josip Dorner and I work in Croatian Telekom as an e-Care Social networks expert.
My daily work consists of coordinating Social Networks post for official Croatian Telekom profiles. That is Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube and Instagram.
I also run a group of 20 agents whose main task is to provide customer support through online contact channels – Email, Social Networks and Chat. I give them evaluations of their work and taking care of the shifts schedule. With my colleagues I also do revising processes of our department, analyzing datas and improve and optimize e-care customer support procedures.
I’m working in Telekom since December 2007. The best things that happened during my work here is when customers problems get solved. Nothing is more satisfying. :)
During my free time I like playing sports, any kind, and do a little bit of electronic music. I have two pets, a dog name Kali and a cat name Lu.
What to say about my country/city? Croatia is very beautiful, it has remarkable natural beauties, lot of wild and unexplored nature to see. Croatians are very joyful people, like to hangout, drink a few beers and are very proud of themselves. We like to say that we are a small country with great achievements. :)
