We have received not one, but two awards. Our university marketing received the gold prize in the Trendence Awards. We are happy to share the "Employer Branding Innovation of the Year" award for our commitment to helping refugees and would like to say thank you: After all, our project is supported by many companies, initiatives and organizations, who use our documents to explain the secrets of the application process to refugees, post job opportunities and internships on our job platform careers4refugees, and join us in offering job orientation internships for the target group. The gold recipe for our university marketing
We focus on proximity. And interaction: We are always full of surprises. Our Leave Your Mark university campaign, for example, gives students a glimpse behind the scenes at our company. "All events have a focus on passion and authenticity. Because we are looking for truly unique and talented individuals, we need equally unique personnel marketing concepts", says Frank Staffler, Head of Personnel Marketing at Telekom. Our Telekom Careers Team invites candidates to the odd poker game, for example. Because playing games and having fun together is the perfect way to get talking. We are delighted that the jury from Europe's leading research institute in the field of Employer Branding, Personnel Marketing and Recruiting thought that our concept was as great and innovative as the students and graduates we asked.
