Networks on holiday: The students' organization Enactus is organizing a summer camp in August. As one of the main sponsors, Deutsche Telekom is on board. We look forward to an interesting, exciting workshop with the participants and hub:raum.

Students provide support with hearts and minds
More than 62,000 students in 39 countries are involved in Enactus, a non-profit organization. "We are happy to support them, because we stand behind the concept: the students enact social projects, proving that you can have a head for business and a heart for the disadvantaged at the same time," says Marc-Stefan Brodbeck, head of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, full of praise for the commitment of the young men and women. Thanks to their initial boost, the project has become self-sustaining after just two years. Telekom and Enactus are therefore on the same wavelength, as responsibility and sustainability are the key values in all that we do.

Lifting the entrepreneurial spirit
The participants of the "Enactus Summer Camp" are also getting involved in the entrepreneurship area. With their summer camp, the "Enactus" students' organization wants to give a boost to the young talents' entrepreneurial spirit. That's why Deutsche Telekom is one of the main sponsors of the camp, from August 14-18 at the national campsite of Deutsche Pfadfinderschaft Sankt Georg, one of Germany's largest scouting organizations. On the agenda: a workshop by incubator hub:raum, the interface between startups and the Deutsche Telekom network. Entrepreneurs can obtain specific support here and further develop their business ideas. Of course, the participants will also have many opportunities to network and lots of time to find out about ways to launch their careers. And there will be lots of surprises, too!

By the way: one of the organizers of the campgrounds in Westernohe is the Enactus group from the University of Mannheim, which won the National Cup in June and will represent Germany at the World Cup in Johannesburg in October.

Congratulations! We're keeping our fingers crossed and look forward to an exciting weekend!
