Project and program management at the highest level: you will lead strategic transformation projects at top management level. We're looking for you to join us as a Senior Manager at the Center for Strategic Projects.

As a Senior Manager at the Center for Strategic Projects (CSP), you will help shape long-term change processes in the Group whilst supporting the professional development of your department. You will take on the leadership of large teams and impress top management with new and creative solutions. You will also be a valued contact and sparring partner for our Business Partners. You will lead, coach and motivate a highly-qualified project team - and are always able to maintain your staff's enthusiasm for the project, even in a challenging or difficult working environment. You can solve problems efficiently while making optimum use of resources, even when under time pressure or facing last-minute changes to conditions. In short: you consistently achieve excellent teamwork results at the highest level.
In addition to comprehensive knowledge of project and program management and years of practical consultancy experience, Senior Manager skills also include a capacity for strategic and analytical thinking and distinctive management expertise.

Philine Willeke is a Senior Manager at the Center for Strategic Projects.

As Senior Manager at the Center for Strategic Projects (CSP), I am involved in Deutsche Telekom AG's strategic transformation areas. As project manager, I support the different business units in adapting effectively for the future. My specialist areas are based within Practice Organization and HR. This means that planning the strategic and organizational set-up of a new business area is as much a part of my project tasks as the reorganization and restructuring of the Group as a whole. The focus within the CSP is on interdisciplinary project work, which means that I come up against new project challenges on a daily basis, including ones that fall outside of my direct area of expertise. Alongside my project work I am also responsible for the continuous development of our feedback culture at the Center. 

The main challenge within my work is trying to keep the bigger picture in mind when focusing on the individual project topic areas. This means reconciling the sometimes very different interests of the business areas with a view to ensuring that we find the very best solution for the Group as a whole.

After completing my degree in business and economics in Hanover, I made my way to the Rhineland area by way of an internship in Cologne. I worked as director of the student consultancy firm OSCAR GmbH. While I was there, I learned just how strong a good, motivated team can become, and how constant innovation on both a small and a large scale can bring about genuine change. I have been working at the Center for Strategic Projects since 2009.

...not only did I find the project work with the daily challenges it implies hugely enjoyable, but I also wanted to have the opportunity to bring about lasting change. My work at the CSP alongside colleagues from the different business units, looking for long-term solutions while making sure we keep what is best for the Group as a whole in mind, lets me do just that. allows me to work alongside a fantastic team, striving to make Deutsche Telekom better every day. This involves not only professional challenges, but also means learning new methods and making sure I am constantly developing my skills. A whole package that I am as excited about now as I was at the start!
