- Du betreust unsere Mitarbeitenden über das Helpdesk-System (Server/Infrastructure Operations und Client/Support Operations für 1st Level & 2nd Level)
- Mitarbeit und Durchführung bereichsinterner und -übergreifender Projekte
- Trends und Neuerungen für das Unternehmen bewerten
- Als Ansprechpartner*in für Auszubildende gibst du dein Wissen auch gern weiter
- Dich erwartet ein tolles Team, das zusammenhält und den Spaß nicht aus den Augen verliert
Your Profile
Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration/ User Help Desk oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Darüber hinaus überzeugst du als stresserprobtes Organisationstalent mit Prozess- und Normenaffinität mit folgenden Kompetenzen:
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse von IT-Infrastrukturen wie Netzwerke, Client/Server, Active Directory / LDAP)
- Grundlegende oder weiterführende Kenntnisse der Administration von Clientsystemen (Windows) und Linux OS
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse des agilen Arbeitens
- Neben Know-How im Projektmanagement bist du auch kommunikativ
- Gute Deutsch (Unternehmenssprache)- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
