Im Bereich Business Service sind wir für die Betreuung unserer Kunden verantwortlich und stehen diesen bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung. Als Teil des Solution Helpdeskteams sind Sie für die Bearbeitung aller Kundenreklamationen, die diverse Business Solutions betreffen, zuständig.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für diverse Geschäftskundenlösungen
  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Telefonische Einschulung von Businesskunden auf diversen Plattformen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Teams aus Marketing und Technology zu den Business Solutions
  • Weiterleitung von System- und Prozessfehlern
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Hohe Technik- und Systemaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische Denkweise und hohe Stressresistenz

Das Gehalt für diese Position richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen. Nach Telekom-Kollektivvertrag verdienen Sie in dieser Position mindestens 29.253,14 € brutto pro Jahr.
