Your Tasks
Als Business Analyst denkst du in Geschäftsprozessen und fachlichen Needs, nicht in technischen Lösungen und Implementierungen. Du entwickelst ein klares Bild davon, was dem Kunden wichtig ist und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und deren Implementierung durch das Development. Die enge, agile Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units, Developern, Software-Architekten und Scrum Mastern ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Hauptaufgaben des Business Analyst sind:
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen/Workshops sowie Ausarbeitung von User Stories
- Zerlegen von Backlog Items in kleinere, z.B. von Epics/Features in Stories
- Versehen von Backlog Items mit Akzeptanzkriterien
- Versehen von Backlog Items mit anderen Spezifikationsformen, sofern vorgesehen (z.B.: Software Requirement Specification im Word Format)
Weitere Aufgaben:

Geschäftsprozess-Modellierung, Darstellung in BPNM Diagrammen.

Erzeugen der vorgesehenen fachlichen Designartefakte.

Schreiben der Dokumentation für den Kunden.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Fachhochschule oder Universität (wirtschaftliche Ausrichtung)
- Gutes informationstechnologisches Verständnis
- Kenntnisse zu Geschäftsprozessen der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse zur Wertpapierabwicklung von Vorteil
- Deutsch - Mutterspracheniveau; Englisch- fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an Teamarbeit
- Reisebereitschaft (bis 20%)
Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 48.370,00 Brutto pro Jahr. Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
