Your Tasks
- Du bist verantwortlich für die zukunftsfähige Entwicklung des Chapters und die Weiterentwicklung relevanter Fach- und Methodenkompetenz (Offering, Portfolio, Solutions etc.)
- Du bist Principal Architect und übernimmst die Führungsrolle
- Unterstützung und Übernahme von Tribe Lead Aktivitäten (bspw. Vertriebsaktivitäten und Angebotserstellung, sowie Steuerung eines Squads)
- Weiterentwicklung von Rahmenparametern zur strategischen Ausrichtung des Chapter Architektur
- Einsatz von Führungsinstrumenten der flexiblen und agilen Organisation
- Disziplinarische Führung und Coaching der Mitarbeiter im Chapter und Verantwortung für die individuelle Skillentwicklung
- Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter in Programmen/Maßnahmen/Projekten
- Leitung von Gremien, Boards und Communities mit Kundenbeteiligung
- Auswahl neuer Mitarbeiter, Organisation des Teams, Motivation und Begeisterung der Mitarbeiter
- Förderung von Talenten
- Ressourcenmanagement mit Tribe Leads und Squad Leads
- Kaskadierung der übergeordneten Strategie der BU Logistics in den eigenen Bereich
- Planung und Bereitstellung der konkret benötigten Kompetenzen (inkl. NS/OS sowie ggf. extern)
- Analyse der Marktveränderungen und Kundenbedarfe
Your Profile
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung (beispielsweise als Architekt, Entwickler, ect.)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von komplexen Software- und Systemarchitekturen
- Führungserfahrung auf vergleichbarer Ebene und in flexiblen Strukturen
- Erfahrung im Skillmanagement sowie in der Skilleinschätzung von Mitarbeitern
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -motivation
- Erfahrung im De-Eskalations- und Konfliktmanagement
- Projektorganisations- und Projektmanagementerfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung und -leitung und im Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in Gestaltung und Implementierung von komplexen Service-, Projekt- und Managementprozessen
- PMI, PRINCE2 und/oder ITIL Zertifizierung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Lösungsbeschreibungen und Kalkulationen im Rahmen des Angebotsmanagements
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung insbesondere in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (DevOps, Scrum, ect.)
- Routine in der internen und externen Präsentation
- Native Entrepreneur und Customer Thinking
- Lösungsorientierung
