Your Tasks

Take the opportunity to actively put your knowledge into practice and get to know the day-to-day business of an internationally operating company. You will take on responsibility, work independently and get to know BuyIn´s HR Team through the following tasks: 

  • You contribute with your creative ideas and support us in projects on topics in learning & development, talent management, change management or the transformation of our learning culture 
  • You will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, especially in the administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System
  • You organize trainings, workshops and various development measures for our employees while being their contact person for questions 
  • You support the expansion of the current training landscape and the implementation of digital learning formats
  • You take care of the administration of our training budget and the reporting of the development measures

Your Profile

  • You enjoy working with people and like organizational and creative activities
  • Ideally, you gained already first internship experience in human resources; preferably HR Development
  • You have MS-Office skills and a high affinity for other IT systems
  • Your strengths include excellent communication and teamwork skills and a high degree of reliability
  • You are an organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working
  • As a Digital Native, you are open and interested in new work methods/new ways of working 
  • You are currently studying economics with a focus on HR, Business Psychology or comparable
  • You are proficient in English, your German and/or French skills are a plus
