General description
• Conduct feasibility analysis to determine applicability of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Analyze operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights
• Participate in proof of concepts for new RPA opportunities
• Strictly adher to both internal and external compliance policies
• Identify risks during bot development
• Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism
• Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand
• Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow
• Analyse and report business-critical data, identify and correct data quality issues
• Develop relationships with Finance departments and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues

Requirements
Education
• University education in Computer Science or Information Systems Management 
Experience
• 2+ years of RPA-related development experience  
Languages
• English B2 – mandatory
• Communicative level of German– advantage
Others
• Experience with RPA or other automation technology, including business process and system analysis, requirements gathering, and application implementation
• Previous consulting experience strong advantage
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity implications of automation
• Experience with analysis, design, functional and technical documentation, coding, and testing in Blue Prism and other technologies
• Experience with a modern scripting language is highly desired (Perl, Python, VBScript, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with SAP, particularly with the SAP GUI scripting language, is highly desired
• Basic / General knowledge of company finance processes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in Agile / Scrum mode
• Willingness to work in an international environment / cultural sensitivity
• Customer orientation

Salary
Monthly salary is 1800-2100 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits.
The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
