  • Set up an international Test Management SSC within GPN with global Steering and Global Portfolio.
  • Leads the Test Management Shared Service operations towards significantly higher quality focus, cost efficiency, automation and customer satisfaction.
  • Defines the strategy of the TM SSC together with the local SSC leaders of POP Hungary, Russia and India.
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of controls and maintaining quality of T-SYSTEMS Test Management Shared Services. This includes ensuring that the Test Management Shared Service has robust policy, processes and procedures in place consistent with a high-performing organization.
  • Allocation of demands and resources to provide a fast and flexible response to demand/changing business/IT requirements 
  • Responsible for generating more nearshore demands towards TM SSC in the high cost countries
  • Responsible for the global financial results of the TM SSC
  • Take responsibility to assess, mitigate and conduct formal reviews to identify any high-impact and operational risks
  • Implement leading practice/best practice within the Test Management Shared Service.
  • Drives service improvements
  • Manage end-to-end process development lifecycles and communication/delivery of strategy to the Test Management and to the wider team 
  • Review & approve concepts for customer specific process implementations 
  • Support the implementation of location strategy / shoring mix
  • Setup KPI measurement system to steer SSC TM on a global level
  • Setup and operate internal communication media to promote the Shared Service (YAM, Newsletter etc.).
  • Implementation of a standard tools for process and procedure documentation (Knowledge Management) of the Shared Services

Skills Required:

  • At least 8 to10 years’ experience in area of test management
  • More than 5 years’ of management experience\
  • Experienced in formulating test strategies, identifying skills required. Expertise and knowhow of different Advanced Tools and Techniques in testing
  • Proven track record in program/project management, stakeholder management, financial planning
  • Broad business understanding and capable to perform highly complex work activities covering business, technical, financial and quality aspects
  • Offers defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, quality aspects
  • Efficient Demand management
  • Should be able to demonstrate and showcase achievements and capabilities.

Communication Requirement:

  • Main interfaces for the position: Heads of TM SSC, Portfolio unit representatives, PU Leaders
  • Experience in working with international teams (direct & indirect) from different cultural backgrounds and working remotely
  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to see at both the helicopter view and focus on operational detail if required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write at both senior and junior levels within an organization
  • Strong and dynamic individual, with the ability to thrive under pressure
