Your Tasks

  • Als Global Process Owner sind Sie in unserer Organisation für die globale Prozessgestaltung eines HR-spezifischen Produktbereichs verantwortlich.
  • Sie gestalten Geschäftsprozesse über mehrere technologische Lösungen hinweg, um die Prozess- und IT-Landschaft zu harmonisieren und zu standardisieren.
  • Mit einem kundenzentrierten Ansatz balancieren Sie die Anforderungen auf Basis von Transparenz, Qualität und Effizienz.
  • Sie fördern den Wandel innerhalb der Organisation, auch gegen Widerstände hinweg.
  • Sie leiten Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung, die zu unserer gesamten HR-Strategie beitragen.
  • Sie sind ein Sparringspartner für das HTR Leadership Team und beraten über zukünftige Lösungen im jeweiligen Bereich.

  • As Global Process Owner within our organization, you are responsible for the Global Process design of an HR specific product field
  • You design business processes across several technological solution to harmonize and standardize the process & IT landscape
  • With a customer centric approach, you balance the requirements based on exierpence, quality and efficiency
  • You foster change within the organization, also against resistances
  • You lead process improvement initiative which will contribute to our overall HR strategy
  • You are a sparring partner for the HTR Leadership Team and consult regarding future solutions within your respective are
