T-Systems Iberia, one of the largest European IT services companies, is looking an experienced Head of SAP to join our offices located in Barcelona or Madrid (depending on your preference), for Managing a multidisciplinary team of about 150 people and for executing the global governance of our SAP Business Unit.

The Head of SAP ensures the production and the projects execution that takes place on the organizational unit and defines, develops and executes the strategy and objectives for own organizational unit with regarding company specific targets (profitability, budget of the unit, portfolio, staff, personnel training, etc).

He/she will improve the financial performance of the organizational unit by reducing costs, increasing efficiency and effectiveness, managing Unit’s Budget and will have an extensive involvement in maintaining and consolidating customer relations as well as detecting and developing new business opportunities.

He/she will have daily/weekly meetings with the international SAP Business units of T-Systems and will report directly to the Head of DBA in Iberia.

Requisitos del puesto

  • University degree (Economic and/or Technical) and more than 10 years’ professional experience and experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of management/leadership experience
  • In depth and recent experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications industry.
  • Experience managing projects developed in Software Factories.
  • Excellent working knowledge of management disciplines and processes.
  • Customer contractual service and service level agreement experience.
  • Demonstrable and deep background in SAP, including cloud solutions.
  • Analytical, interpretative, evaluative, and constructive thinking
  • Budget planning and execution
  • Flexibility and quick reaction force under pressure
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Effective communication both written and verbal, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced MS Office user knowledge
  • Personnel responsibility
