Du bist in einem laufenden Studium und möchtest uns bei der digitalen Transformation im HR Bereich in einem Praktikum über 12-18 Monate (mit 20 Wochenstunden) unterstützen? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

  • Erarbeitung von innovativen Ideen in Richtung einer zukunftsorientierten HR-Abteilung
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer administrativen Tätigkeiten in Richtung Digitalisierung
  • Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung von HR-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei diversen Regelaufgaben und Prozessen
  • Geplantes oder laufendes Studium
  • Hohe Affinität zu technischen Tools und Prozessen
  • Erste Berührung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Kenntnisse von HR-Prozessen und –Tools (z.B. SAP)
  • Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen
  • EU-Staatsbürger oder unbefristeter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
