  • Inbox/FMB Management (Auslesen, Kategorisieren, Klassifizieren, Priorisieren, Nachhalten)
  • Individuelle Beratung von Führungskräften und Begleitung von Mitarbeitern mit dem Fokus Potentialeinschätzung und Qualifizierung
  • Mitwirkung bei strategischen (Re-)Qualifizierungsprojekten für Mitarbeitergruppen in der T-Systems in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kollegen
  • Durchführung der Bewerbervorauswahl (Analyse Bewerbungsunterlagen und Durchführung Telefoninterviews in deutscher und englischer Sprache)
  • Erarbeitung von individuellen Qualifizierungsplänen
  • Erstellung von Adhoc- und Regel Reports/Auswertungen aus der HR Suite und angeschlossene Systeme
  • Organisation von Terminen für Auswahlgespräche inkl. Buchung von Räumen und Bewirtung (Berücksichtigung von Verfügbarkeiten, Einbindung der relevanten Beteiligten, …)
  • Arbeiten in Home-Office möglich
  • Mehrjährige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich HR, Fokus Personalentwicklung und Training (wünschenswert)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalauswahl (wünschenswert)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in einem dynamischen, virtuellen, internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Hohe Expertise im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Outlook, Power Point und Excel sowie die adressatengerechte Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie der verschiedenen Portale der T-Systems (HR Suite, YAM, MyPortal, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung, Auswertung und Darstellung großer Datenmengen sowie im Reporting
  • Effizienz und die Fähigkeit komplexe Problemstellungen schnell zu durchdringen, zu identifizieren, zu strukturieren und die jeweiligen Handlungsoptionen zu priorisieren
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (CEF Level C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (CEF Level B2)
