Your Tasks
Als Incident Specialist begleiten Sie Incident Verfahren im Aufgabengebiet des Service Desk.
- Sie analysieren und kategorisieren Störungen innerhalb des Incidentprozesses
- Sie wirken bei Ursachenanalysen (Root Cause) und Lessons-Learned-Aktivitäten mit
- Sie wirken bei der Lösungskoordination von Incidents inklusive der Nachbearbeitung mit und überwachen die Incidents nach Lösung
- Sie arbeiten beim Informationsmanagement und Incidentreporting mit
- Sie arbeiten in Projekten mit
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium (Nachrichtentechnik oder Informatik) oder eine abgeschlossene fachorientierte Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende erweiterte und vertiefte Fach- und Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Erfahrung im IT-Incident-Management
- Gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Fehlerbehebung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am 3-Schichtbetrieb - neben Tagesdiensten (mit Gleitzeit und tlw. Homeoffice)
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung des Betriebs im Notfall
- Bereitschaft zu einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung
