Whether you are looking for a compulsory or voluntary internship – with us you profit in each case from an attractive remuneration and support the Customer & Transformation Management Team with the following exciting tasks:

  • Preparation of briefings and presentations for the management of DTSE, its stakeholders and clients
  • Participation in customer-related projects
  • Coordination, preparation, follow-up and participation in different meetings: Internal meetings for exchange and knowledge transfer + Cross-department meetings with stakeholders and customers
  • Creation of reportings on project progress
  • Support in filling and maintaining the CRM tool with customer data
  • Supporting international teamwork

You are student with at least one years of academic experience in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on management, a comparable course of study or are in the gap year.  Please upload your enrollment certificate as well. Additionally, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Initial practical experience in sales, marketing, consulting, project management or customer service, e.g. through previous internships, is an advantage
  • Analytical skills, creative thinking, as well as self-driven and team-oriented work ethics
  • High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and interest as well as of communication skills and customer orientation
  • First experiences in studying/living abroad is a plus
  • Secure handling of MS Office
  • Advanced level of English and German (working proficiency)
