Your Tasks
- Sie führen keinen Test oder Regeltätigkeiten zweimal von Hand durch, sondern automatisieren konsequent mithilfe gängiger Tools
- Tracken von Feature Requests, Bug Reports
- Unterstützung bei der Planung von Ressourcen, Kapazitäten, Betriebsanforderungen, Sicherheit
- Vorbereitung von Changes (Planung, Validierung, Test, Staging)
- Unterstützung bei Nutzung der ITIL Betriebsprozesse/ Plattform Support
- Unterstützung bei Nutzung und Aufbau von Automatisierungen, Skalierung, CI/ CD Workflows, Git
- Analyse von Logging- und Monitoringinformationen
- Spezifische Plattform-Konfigurationen, Netzwerk, Applikation, Security
- Analyse von Plattform-Incidents
- Generelle Prozessoptimierungen & Automatisierung
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von APIs
- Analyse von Logging- und Monitoringinformationen
Your Profile
Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik, einem technischen, ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fach oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung. Daneben haben Sie mindestens 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ICT-Bereich, idealerweise im Schwerpunkt Cloud-Technologie. Zusätzlich überzeugen Sie uns mit folgenden Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen:
- Praktische Erfahrung im Cloudumfeld und im Umgang mit IaaS Plattformen (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform), insbesondere Kubernetes
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Anwendung und der Administration von IaaS Plattformen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der agilen Entwicklungsverfahren
- Gute Kenntnisse der Systemtechnologien (Linux, Hypervisor, Linux Network und Storage, Systemtools)
- Erfahrung mit der automatisierten Installation, Wartung und Verwaltung linuxbasierter Systeme und zugehöriger Tools (z.B. Terraform)
- Gute Vernetzung bereichsübergreifend und zu Ansprechpartnern im Konzern (z.B. im Rahmen von Konzernprojekten)
- Anwendung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden (Prozesse und Tools) wie Scrum und Kanban
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse v.a. in Skript-Sprachen (Go, Bash, Python, Powershell)
