Als Junior Partnermanager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die konzeptionelle Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung bundesweiter Grundsätze und Regelungen zum Thema Tiefbaukapazitäten verantwortlich. Zudem erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Projekte zur Ausrichtung, Ausgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Tiefbaukapazitäten der Produktion gestalten und bei ggf. konkurrierenden Interessen Lösungsvorschläge entwickeln und abstimmen
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Einkauf große inländische und ausländische Auftragnehmer identifizieren und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle der Zukunft entwickeln
  • Großen Auftragnehmern in ihrer Entwicklung begleiten und unterstützen
  • Regelmäßiges Gremienmanagement auf unterschiedlichen Managementebenen durchführen
  • Einen gemeinsamen Entwicklungsplan erarbeiten und die Umsetzung über alle Niederlassungen hinweg begleiten

Projektmanagement liegt Ihnen im Blut? Darüber hinaus haben Sie ein Studium und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene fachorientierte Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation und mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung. Spielerisch bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen über die aufgabenspezifischen Themen, Produkte, Prozesse und Systeme sowie gute Kenntnisse über internen und externen Entwicklungen im Aufgabengebiet
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte aufgabenspezifische Soft Skills wie z.B. Kommunikationsstärke, hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, innovative, konsequente und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise bei der Umsetzung der Ziele
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
