Your Tasks
Als Junior Service-Delivery-Manager bzw. Service-Delivery-Manager stellst Du gemeinsam mit einem Team sicher, dass alle Kunden den Service erhalten, der vertraglich vereinbart ist.
Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenbetreuung und Steuerung interner Abläufe zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen.
Dabei hast Du vertragliche, planerische und finanzielle Komponenten im Blick und arbeitest mit KollegeInnen, mit Partnerunternehmen und auch mit Kunden eng zusammen.
Unser Fokus im Service-Delivery-Management liegt auf dem Aufbau und der Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Verlässliche Serviceerbringung hinsichtlich Budgets, Qualität und Terminen ist die Basis dafür. Um dies zu erreichen, bist Du gegebenenfalls auch an der Optimierung interner Prozesse beteiligt.
Langfristige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten hin zur eigenständigen Kundenbetreuung sind gegeben.
Folgende Aufgaben können je nach genauer Tätigkeit in Deinen Bereich fallen:
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Partneranfragen
- Support beim Onboarding von MitarbeiterInnen
- Laufende Kunden- und Partnerkommunikation
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Aufträgen
- Erstellung von Analysen und Reports
- Single Point of Contact für unsere Einheiten und Services innerhalb der Konzernstruktur
- Moderation oder Protokollierung und Meetings und Workshops
- Steuerung und Tracking von Aufgaben
- Stammdatenpflege
Your Profile
- HAK oder FH / Universitäts-Abschluss
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte, effektive Arbeitsweise
- Selbstorganisation und proaktive Einstellung
- Gute Verhandlungsskills
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Kunden und Partner)
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Für Deinen Einsatz bieten wir neben einem interessanten, sich stets weiterentwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld eine dem Level und der Position entsprechende Entlohnung. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Jahresmindestgehalt von €38.542 brutto hin. Das finale Gehalt orientiert sich selbstverständlich an Deiner individuellen Erfahrung.
