  • Den Verkauf/Vertrieb
  • Die telefonische und schriftliche Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelles und kompetentes Lösen der Anfragen

Die Stelle ist auf 24 Monate befristet, mit anschließender Option auf eine unbefristete Weiterbeschäftigung.

  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre freundliche und kommunikative Art aus und gehen gern aktiv auf Menschen zu
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in Schichten mit einem spätesten Schichtende zwischen 19:00 Uhr und 24:00 Uhr sowie an Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen in Abhängigkeit des tatsächlichen Einsatzes im Kundensegment
  • Sie besitzen eine angenehme und professionelle Telefonstimme sowie ein sehr gutes und bildhaftes Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Kunden- und vertriebsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise steht bei Ihnen immer im Vordergrund Ihrer Tätigkeiten
  • Sie wollen immer eine Antwort auf Fragen und eine Lösung für den Kunden finden
  • Mit unseren Kunden zu telefonieren und gleichzeitig die Lösung in unseren Systemen zu finden, ist für Sie kein Problem? Umso besser. Unsere umfassende Qualifizierung bereitet Sie optimal auf Ihre neue Herausforderung vor
