Your Tasks

- Leadership and development

-  Identify or follow up on Marketing leads, develop, progress  and close opportunities either independent or in partnership with other sales teams

- Develop or optimize creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors

- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.

- toIdentify buying center contacts, and develop opportunities with companies who are not yet in TSI force or are new clients

- Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new outbound campaigns and achieve joint sales objectives

- Set up measures to improve sales performance

- contribute to sales projects

- Demand planning and resource steering

- Experience in staff management in flexible structures, in particular experience in personnel development of employees along their skill focus

- Disciplinary management of a chapter within the framework of flexible organization.

- Responsible control of resources within a chapter and ensuring the provision of services.

- Establishment and further development of a competence team and a comprehensive community of know-how carriers including control of the use of external resources.

- Strategic and individual skill development of the employees in the chapter.

- Definition and further development of standards and methods to ensure and fulfill the tasks of the chapter.

Your Profile

- Several years experience professional and disciplinary leadership within a telesales unit

- Experience in staff management on a comparable level and in flexible structures, in particular experience in personnel development of employees along their skill focus.

- Experience in skill management as well as in skill assessment and qualification of employees.

- Experience in sales activities (acquisition & development through to completion) in national and international customer business

- Experience in customer development (needs recognition, development of complex solution concepts)

- Experience in project management- Knowledge and experience with cutting edge CRM/ Telesales infrastructure

- Experienced in client contact acquisition, "breaking thru the switchboard"

- Experience in digital sales

- Results driven with a hunting mentality

- Experience in project management
