Your Tasks
Als Teamleiter Telekom Shop (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die personelle und fachliche Führung von 6 Mitarbeiter*innen vor Ort. Sie halten alle Fäden Ihres T-Shops mit Erlebniswelten in Ihren Händen.
Zu Ihren spannenden Aufgaben gehören:
- Sie arbeiten kontinuierlich an der Umsatz-/ Absatzverantwortung in Ihrem Aufgabengebiet und wirken bei der Budget- und Vertriebsplanung mit
- Sie organisieren Ihr Team mit Motivation und Begeisterung, initiieren Schulungen und fördern Talente
- Sie optimieren den Aufgabenbereich anhand von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und steigern die Prozesseffizienz im Aufgabenbereich
- Sie weisen Ihre Mitarbeiter in allgemeinen/fachlichen Angelegenheiten gerne ein und informieren sie
- Sie sind kommunikativ und können die Vertriebsergebnisse auch auf übergeordneter Leitungsebene vertreten
- Sie sind kundenorientiert und emphatisch, sowie arbeiten gern in Projekten mit
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium. Sie bringen bereits Führungserfahrung im Umfeld Vertrieb & Telekomunikation mit.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Skills aus:
- Sie haben Spaß in der Beratung und im Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen in der Telekommunikation mit
- Sie sind motiviert mit Skillmanagement Ihr Team zu entwickeln und voran zu bringen
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Budget- und Kostenmanagement für Ihrem Shop
- Sie arbeiten gerne gezielt und effektiv mit Kennzahlen und mit betriebwirtschaftlichem Blick
- Sie haben Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ziel- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sie sind verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und haben Grundkenntnisse in Englisch für Ihre Kunden
