Leiter Servicemanagement & Support Dienste & Militär (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
- Du bist für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams mit zurzeit 12 Mitarbeitenden zuständig
- Führung von Gesprächen über alle relevanten Personalaspekte
- Teilen von Wissen und Vorgehensmodellen sowie Coaching von Teammitgliedern
- Durchführung des Recruitings für den Gesamtbereich Servicemanagement & Support Dienste & Militär und Organisation der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
- Förderung der stetigen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Du organisierst und steuerst alle Bedarfe des Teams
- Du bist für die Ermittlung und Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie regelmäßiger Berichterstattung an deinen Vorgesetzten und andere Stakeholder verantwortlich
- Du steuerst das operative Geschäft rund um den Support zur Integration, Konfiguration und Betrieb unserer Software sowie der Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements in den Domänen Dienste und Militär
- Erkennung von Schwachstellen in den Bestandsprozessen und Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den an der Produktion beteiligten Domänen oder Abteilungen
Your Profile
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Berufsausbildung mit mindestens 5 Jahre relevanter praktischer Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Consulting oder Support
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse über die Prozesse im Bereich Technical Consulting & Support
- Du bringst einen soliden technischen Background mit, z.B. Linux, Oracle, Webservices, Netze, Windows
- Du hast ein überzeugendes und verbindliches Auftreten in Konflikt- und Eskalationsfällen
- Du hast eine hohe Stresstoleranz sowie geistige Flexibilität
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Du hast Reisebereitschaft
