Your Tasks
In dieser Funktion steuerst du den Prozess zur Verwaltung der Softwarelizenzen und Entwicklungslizenzen um die rechtskonforme und kostenoptimierte Nutzung aller SW-Lizenzen im Unternehmen abzusichern:
- Du verwaltest eigenständig die im Unternehmen eingesetzten Software-Lizenzen und die dazugehörigen Lizenzbestimmungen
- Du hast Freude an der Optimierung und Planung des Einsatzes von Lizenzen im gesamten Software-life-cycle und bist verantwortlich für das zeitgerechte Aufzeigen von Renewals
- Du erstellst Reportings der Lizenzvermessung (z. B. Lizenzbilanz, Nutzung von Lizenzen)
- Enger Austausch mit diversen Unternehmensbereichen (z.B. Recht, Einkauf, Controlling, Tribes, etc.) sowie Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Infrastructure zur Erfüllung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
- Verantwortung für die laufende Datenerfassung- & pflege zur Sicherstellung der Auskunftsfähigkeit sowie Schaffung einer zentralen Übersicht über Lizenzbestände und Compliance
- Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen für wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten und Aufzeigung von Risiken und Einsparungspotenzialen
Your Profile
- Du bist aktiv daran interessiert Mehrwert für das Unternehmen und seine Stakeholder zu schaffen, indem du proaktiv mögliche Potenziale und Risiken aufzeigst und diese aktiv mit den zuständigen Leads koordinierst
- Du verknüpfst kaufmännisches Wissen und Verständnis mit technischen Kenntnissen im Bereich Software- und Softwareinventarisierung
- Deine Kenntnisse im Prozessdesign schaffen produktive Lösungen
- Deine Moderations- Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenzen garantieren eine professionelles und rundes Kundenerlebnis
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten erlauben eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, deine Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung passen in die serviceorientierte Abteilung
- Du bevorzugst einen wertschätzenden Kommunikationsstil und arbeitest gerne im Team
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Teilzeit (mind. 30 Wochenstunden) oder Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von € 48.370,- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
