Als Mainframe Application Operations Engineer (m/w/d) sind Sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die Mainframe-Technologie weiterzuentwickeln und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden von einer reibungslosen Mainframe-Systemleistung profitieren.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:
- Betrieb kritischer Mainframe-Applikationen (automotive, banking processes, etc.)
- Erstellung, Modifizierung und Einplanung von Batchjobs sowie Analyse von Joblogs und Troubleshooting
- Koordination von Updates/Release-Einsätzen mit Fachbereichen - Vorbereitung, Installation und Testen von Updates/Release-Einsätzen
- Bearbeitung von Datasets sowie Testen operativer Abläufe
- 2nd/3rd Level Support der betreuten Applikationen sowie Ticket-Management und Dokumentation nach ITIL
Your Profile
Neben Ihrer mehrjährigen Erfahrung im Betrieb von Mainframe Applikationen bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen mit:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des z/OS Systems und der Subsysteme
- Erfahrung mit TSO, ISPF, JCL, Batch/Scheduling
- Kenntnisse in DB2 for z/OS, CICS, IBM MQ, Web Application Server
- Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit REXX/CLIST sowie in der Anwendung von Produkten wie AJM, IWS, Control/M
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level)
