Your Tasks
Das erwartet dich:
- Vollumfängliche Verantwortung der konsolidierten Unternehmenssicht in den Planungsprozessen sowie in der strategischen Abschlusssteuerung.
- Erstellung von Prognosemodellen und Szenarioanalysen zur congstar Geschäftsentwicklung sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen inkl. der Vorstellung im Führungskreis und der Geschäftsführung.
- Verantwortung für das interne Management-Reporting, das externe Reporting in den Konzern sowie verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung von Gremiensitzungen.
- Projekttätigkeiten wie bspw. die Einführung eines Planungstools.
- Schnittstelle und Brückenkopf ins Konzern-Controlling-, Planungs- und Abschluss-Team.
Your Profile
Das hast du im Gepäck:
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit qualifizierter Controlling-/Finanz-Weiterbildung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz-/Controlling-Umfeld, wünschenswert mit Fokus Planung und Reporting sowie in der strategischen Abschlussteuerung.
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe planungs- und abschlussstrategische Themen sicher gegenüber internen und Konzern-Peers zu vermitteln und zu verteidigen.
- Exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten. Kritisches Denkvermögen sowie selbstständiges, präzises Arbeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
