Your Tasks

Key accountabilities:

* Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation

* Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters

* Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and plan events

* Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players

* Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences

* Ability to pitch to media 

• Planns and implements communication measures in the assigned area of responsibility

• Edits of different text formats (press releases, news, brochures) for selected channels of internal and external communication

• Advises to business on communication issues in the area of responsibility

• Participates in projects or sub-project management

• Monitors, analyses and evaluates media and communication measures / events

• Acts as contact person for internal and external communication measures and for external agencies

• Participates in development of regulations and target group-specific communication concepts / measures for internal / external communication in the area of responsibility

• Participates in content design of online and dialogue formats

• Evaluates the success of communication measures

• Manages the implementation and control the adherenece to the corporate communication processes and guidelines, companywide.

Requirements:

* Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.

* Experience in communications strategy development.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

* Content writing experience for all media platforms.

* Proven social media and networking expertise.

* Strategic and creative mindset.

* Quick and enthusiastic learner
