Your Tasks
Als Mergers and Acquisitions Manager (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie mit bei Transaktionen, Corporate Finance Beratungsprojekten, Unternehmensanalysen und -Bewertungen im Aufgabenbereich.
- Bei ausgewählten M&A-Deals führen Sie Bilanzanalysen, Financial Modeling und Unternehmensbewertungen nach gängigen Methoden durch (DCF- und Multiple-Analyse, Aufstellen und Plausibilisieren von Businessplänen, Kennzahlenübersichten)
- Sie erstellen Präsentationen, Kurzprofile und Informationsunterlagen für potenzielle Investoren
- Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Sie führen Recherchetätigkeiten durch zu Branchen, Unternehmen, Investitionstätigkeit und Transaktionen
- Sie arbeiten mit in Konzernprojekten oder leiten Teilprojekte
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im M&A Umfeld.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder besondere Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Expertenkenntnisse in den Bereichen Financial Modelling, Valuation, Accounting und Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen
- Expertenkenntnisse in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten und Dokumenten
- Fundierte Problemlösungskompetenz
